HR Success Manager

The role:

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with company values. You’ll bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, as well as managing our recruitment, selection, and onboarding process. You’ll also build company processes, training, databases, digital forms, etc.

You:

You’ll have demonstrable experience in working with or supervising others. You’ll also have excellent people management skills, the ability to handle all issues in a friendly, professional, and impartial manner, and a good understanding of recruiting and team-building strategies.
