Position: Guest Services Agent - Virtual
Reporting to: Assistant Guest Services Manager
Sunday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm (Melbourne Time), 30 min hour lunch
Training to be conducted Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30 pm AEST)
Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in hotels/accommodation industry
- Stable internet access
- Ability to have a company-supplied VOIP telephone connected and active on the work desk (not wireless)
- Hours tracked via Time Doctor or similar
Corporate Keys manages fully furnished long and short stay accommodation in residential apartments and in boutique hotels.
We are seeking a person with experience in the accommodation sector for an admin, data entry and customer service role.
Tasks will include:
- Daily arrivals and departures
- Take payments
- Liaise with OTAs
- Vacate notifications and processing
- Guest communication via help desk and phone
- Guest respsonse via help desk
- Management and completion of daily tasks within required timeframes
- Data entry of new long stay bookings
- Processing of new short stay bookings
- Processing of cancellations
The successful applicant will possess the following skills
- Experience in a similar role - two years plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to follow documented procedures.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Able to provide references from work experience in similar roles.
- Solid customer service experience.
