We are a creative agency from Korea and are searching for a project manager with the business mindset to grow this business together.

You must have experience with
- Scaled the B2B business either agency, SaaS (Please tell me the story)
- Understand the B2B Marketing process (Lead Gen)
- Using project management tools professionally.
- Overseeing the details
- Decision-maker mindset
- Managing many people working under your decisions/processes
- Managing team and supporting them.
- Achieving KPIs and Goals
- Motivating the team to work hard
- Managing jobs and providing results timely

Please do not apply if you
- Are a single mom (We have single moms in our team but not in this position.)
- do not have experience in managing people and are just willing to learn (This is not a position for you)

You must
- Have a proven system of how to manage the team. (You need to show us the management boards you used to have something like Asana, Monday, etc)
- Be ok to use Hubstaff

We are searching for a serious person who's able to grow this business together. There will be a massive reward if you build this together with us. We are also inviting our team from PH to Korea to visit our company and provide a tour.
