Requirements:

- Fluency in English (Accent is fine)
- Experience in generating solar leads using Google ads / YouTube ads
- Understanding of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing etc.
- Ability to provide case studies, results and examples of previous work

About the job:

- Set up and launch Google / YouTube ad campaigns
- Manage ad campaigns daily once they go live
- Create convincing copies that convert potential customers into leads
- Set up retargeting, conversion tracking etc.
- Create and A/B test high-converting landing pages
- Check on client campaigns and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily.
- Weekly or biweekly calls with clients
