Job Overview:

We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support
Update and maintain employee and applicant records
Create job descriptions aligned to hiring requests
Source candidates using multiple platforms to build a talent pipeline for hiring needs.
Draft Job postings for Onlinejobs, LinkedIn, social media, and other job portals
Sort through all the applications and monitor the applicants’ progress
Draft contracts for new hires
Build relationships with talents
Conduct interviews and screening to assess candidate’s qualification
Conduct reviews and evaluations to ensure candidates' fit the company’s culture and needs
Send daily reports of your progress
Ensure all candidates have the best experience during the application process
Other recruitment and admin tasks

Qualifications:

At least one year of HR/Recruitment experience
Have experience conducting interviews and screening candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
