Creative Ops team leader (email marketing agency)

We are looking for a creative person with an interest in email marketing analytics. Someone with experience as a team leader in a creative digital marketing agency.

As a team leader, your job is to support, guide and optimise your group of copywriters, graphic designers and Klaviyo experts. You are overseeing operations; e.g. creation of designs, email copies, and implementation of those emails for clients in Klaviyo. You will also be responsible for analysing and optimising accounts. This means, taking the lead in split-testing content based on the data insights. Also, we send out campaigns a few times per week for clients (which varies from 1 - 3 per week). In short, you need to ensure we keep our promises and deliver the quality service they deserve. We will let you help with more clients, and provide you with more freedom and autonomy, as time goes on.

YOUR USUAL DAY AT WORK
1. You start by checking your email and scheduled projects to set your priorities
2. You inspect the batch of clients under your wing and reply to possible inquiries made by clients through Slack
3. You plan the day-to-day content creation and delegate work. We use Clickup for project management, and it’s also where we house all our SOPs
3. You support the creation of new email designs for email flows by sharing your view and collaborating with the graphic designer (e.g. abandoned cart email or welcome email) and email campaigns (e.g. Black Friday campaign)
4. You review all created content ideas, like new campaign ideas, copy and email designs, during the production phase and just before they go live
4. You review email performance metrics (like revenues, click rates, list growth, unsubs and hard bounces) of client accounts to identify how to increase ---------- 's a big plus if you already have the experience providing improvement suggestions to start driving more revenue and ongoing growth from email.
5. You partake in tea ---------- etings with your team to discuss account performance, communicate marketing insights and plan for further optimisation of email performance
6. You split-test and replace content based on the data insights to increase customer engagement and sales
