@@@Live chat customer service 4 Agents needed

We are an e-commerce company that sells love dolls via our own websites.

We need 4 experienced ecommerce live chat agents to handle our website online customers' chat and emails

Requirement:

1. 6 months of live chat experience at least *(must have, or no need waste time :)
2. 6 months of e-commerce customer service experience at least *(must have, or no need waste time :)
3. Empathy with clients as well as the company
5. Able to work 8 hrs per day, 6 days per week
6. Work Details: Most Live chat & emails, few outgoing calls, no inbound calls
7. We use Hubstaff to do time tracking, and we do not allow to do other part-time or full-time jobs during working hrs

First newbie month:
$1.5/hr basic salary + sale bonus = Total $2-$3/hr

After the first month:
$2/hr basic salary + sale bonus = Total $3.5-4.5/hr

Salary will be increased every 3-6 months. Our agent ave salary is around $700-$900 per month

Payment Terms:
Net 3 Bi-weekly Payment
