JOB OVERVIEW

THE COMPANY

We launched TheKiddoSpace ( ---------- ) in January 2022 and it's immediately been a success, our stamps are being loved by parents who can't wait to stamp their kid's clothes for kindergarten, daycare or school.

After 8 months, we are now selling in 16 different markets all over the world and we currently employee 13 people full-time.

THE JOB

We have recently expanded our brand to 6 new countries and will be having an increased workload to manage. The person we are looking for will be responsible for:

- Managing email tickets
- Managing reviews on our store and Trustpilot
- Managing FB / IG / TT comments under the ads
- Managing FB page messages
- Managing disputes on PayPal / Stripe / Klarna
- Updating google sheets

REQUIREMENTS:

- Be fluent in English
- Be available to work from 7/8am to 5/6pm CET
- Available for a full-time position
- Be available to work at least 6 days a week
- Interested in a long term job position
- Be smart, alert and response. Think on your feet
- Prior experience of 6 months in customer service or related duties

COMPENSATION:

The compensation will be $1200/month (up to 55 hours per week) for the first six months. After that, your performance will be reviewed and a salary increase will be considered.
