Tentative Schedule 9 AM – 8.30 PM EST

Responsibilities:
Phone calls - Voice
Data entry
Working on Excel and other technical platforms for data entry
Appointment Setter
Updating and creating tasks in the CRM
Manage email and calendar
Other general administrative tasks
Flexible to learn other tasks

Qualifications:
Experience as a General Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant Is a MUST!
Experience in Customer Service or B2B accounts
Proficiency in Excel and other office platforms is a MUST!
MUST BE proficient in English!
Fast learner and a self-starter
Proven initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Great team player and multitasking capabilities
Capability to follow detailed & organized procedures
Great skills and techniques that allow effective management of staff and/or personnel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Technical Requirements:
Windows 10/MAC or higher
At least 8 GB RAM/Memory installed
At least 25 MBPS internet speed
Has back up computer/laptop
Has backup internet connection
Has backup power supply when there is power outage
A noise cancelling wired headset

Salary & Benefits - Freelancer
With experience $5/hr
Without experience $4/hr
Increase in 6 months and yearly thereafter depending on your Annual Performance.
Leave credits in 1 year
