Architecrural Drafting 2D & 3D, Cost Estimating

I am looking for an Architectural Drafter. I want you to have experience doing 2D plan drawings and 3D photorealistic renderings. The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential; though your English does not need to be perfect, it does need to be pretty good.
I want this position to be full-time and would enjoy this becoming a long-term work relationship.
