We are currently looking for a Remote Spanish and English (Bilingual) Administrative Assistant to undertake the following tasks:
Back-end admin task / Administrative task
Handle communication with 3rd party companies (Vendors)
Handle utility payments, bills, and reviewed ledger
Input billing payments into the software
Review and edit document templates ( Leasing Documents mainly )
Review the lease document before sending it to tenants (ensuring all information is correct)
Work with the
Be the primary contact for tenants of 10 properties (handed all communication). Handle tenants' questions and concerns and route them to the proper channels.
Help with permits, licenses, and documentation. (Real Estate related / Construction )
Help with documentation for employees and contractors and help validate documents.
Follow up on tenants' payments. (Delayed payments, Ontime, and Past Due)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Bachelors degree holder.
Spanish and English (Bilingual) - Most tenants are Spanish speaking only.
Be fluent in English - and possess excellent English skills
Must be a self-starter / Solid / someone who takes the initiative.
With real estate and/or property management knowledge
Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS. We will create rotating shifts,
Have a strong work ethic and show up to work on time
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
