JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a creative, b2b centric, marketing professional who has worked on building the profile of a creative service business? If so, you may be the perfect candidate to join our agency as we look to build our brand and profile locally and globally.

As the Agency Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on building our brand equity through the development of locally & globally relevant campaigns. You will lead the initiatives across digital, social, pr and awards entries, ensuring we are on cutting edge of creativity and cultural trends. Moreover, you will use insights & tools to enable gold standard execution.

To be considered, you should exhibit a successful history of working on b2b campaigns, using data to inform and support your decisions, and a willingness to be hands-on with execution. You should be obsessed with continually elevating a brand, delivering consistent storytelling, and most importantly making a lasting impact across our industry.

What You Will Do
• Develop new strategies and opportunities for our brand enabling us to grow our brand and engagement.
• Drive brand love and relevance through development of local and global campaigns.
• Bring creative and pioneering ideas forward and build capability and strategic partnerships that will benefit the organisation long-term.
• Manage the email, social and website content for the Agency
• Proactively monitor performance to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities

Your Background, Skills And Experience
• Undergraduate/graduate business or marketing degree
• Internal Marketing experience (previous creative/advertising/digital marketing experience preferred)
• Demonstrated history of delivering results & ability to make strategic choices to maximize impact
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects at different stages of development
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional communication, prioritisation and time management skills
• Strong English writing/copywriting skills
