Patient Care Coordinator

We’re looking for an upbeat, resourceful, and responsible Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face for interacting with our patients. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, calling clients to collect past due balances, managing billing and account receivables, scheduling new clients, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient practice operations. The Patient Care Coordinator will be working under our office manager, who is based in Nevada, and alongside our HR manager and welcome coordinator, who are both located in the Philippines. Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with patients
Resolve past due balances and outstanding appointment invoices
Collaborate with our billing department
Manage and collect all outstanding account receivables from clients
Provide comfort and knowledge to callers, by explaining and understanding our services and policies
Manage incoming emails, texts, and voice messages
Signing up new patients for therapy services at Zeeva
Match prospective patients with the right therapist for them
Update weekly or monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
Review and update patient files
Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks, as needed
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure a positive relationship between Zeeva, our clients, and the community


Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills with Neutral Accent
Friendly phone presence with very advanced English Skills
Must be empathetic and people person, but also know how to have uncomfortable conversations about money patients owe to the practice
Must have prior Customer Service Experience, Sales Experience, or Accounts Receivables Experience
Preferably have an experience in Healthcare for an American company
