JOB OVERVIEW
We are searching for a responsible, motivated, and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant for one of our clients. As a Marketing VA working remotely, you will organise campaigns and develop marketing strategies, analyse data, create social media content to promote the company, its products and services, to create customer awareness, drive traffic, and increase revenue. You must be reliable and enjoy challenging and fast-paced work.

You will be working 20 hours a week at this point but there’s a high potential to ---------- DUSTRY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

• Format basic content and graphics for mailers and brochures
• Test and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Conduct industry and competitor research
• Has knowledge of current business trends and social media marketing tactics
• Create and design content
• Manage online groups and engage with online community
• Manage YouTube channel
• Transcribe audio/video or review transcriptions for content repurposing
• Edit vIdeo and audio (intro, outro, background music, subtitles)
• Edit graphics - Create GIFs, infographics, social media posts, banners, ads
• Write newsletters, website sales pages, ad copy etc.
• Manage website
• Knowledgeable with effective SEO strategies to drive traffic
• Track sales and analytics
• Develop advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services
• Plan advertising budget, objective, and target goals
• Set up and manage Facebook Ads and sponsored content
• Handle webinar set-ups, write out plan - categories, modules, course content

QUALIFICATIONS
• Over two (2) years of experience in advertising, marketing or relevant fields. *Facebook ads experience would be a huge bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
• Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques
• Someone who has experience launching a product
• Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational skills especially when working with multiple projects or teams
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude
• Able to work in the UK Timezone
• Reliable, high speed internet connection
