We are looking for an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist/Agent to provide the highest level of customer support while using our products and services. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Must have experience with Gorgias, Notion, and ClickUp.

What This Role Entails
- Responsible for solving customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product or platform users through features and functionalities.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide expert support to customers and internal sales team by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services, obtain customer feedback, and provide training to new hires.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Fulfilling, cancelling and monitoring orders.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Receive and initiate request from customers such as changes to delivery location, changes to delivery area, pick-ups and redirects
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responsible for product research or other relevant sourcing functions.
- Source new trending products on social media platforms such as Tiktok,
- Find products that can be used as upsells for existing winners.
- Contribute to the refinement of development of our sourcing processes
- Ad-hoc tasks that are related to our sourcing team.

Experience
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with ecommerce industry is a plus
- Proven experience with Gorgias, Notion, and ClickUp
