JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Client management and sales - client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Lead generation and identifying new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline. This involves outbound initiatives such as cold email outreach, cold calling, setting-up meetings, follow-ups, etc.
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
• Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
• Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes
• Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

BENEFITS:
• Salary Range: SGD 600 to SGD 1200 (around USD 400 to USD 1000++) per month depending on qualifications & experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in advertising and/or digital marketing (Preferred)
• Meticulous and great attention to details
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
• Strong command of English
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive and can solve problems independently
• Works well with others as a good team player
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
• Knowledge in advertising and digital marketing concepts, such as impressions, click-through-rate (CTR), cost per impression (CPM), cost per click (CPC), etc
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus
