JOB OVERVIEW

About the Company
We are in the people business. We provide solutions to distressed homeowners with services that meet their financial needs. We are looking for individuals who excel in Admin/multi Tasking Role. Someone who is passionate to help others and be ready to serve everyday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- You will work as a cold caller yourself for 90 days minimum
- You will manage and train the company cold calling team
- You will hold agents accountable for KPIs and conduct 1:1 training to help them achieve goals
- You will handle any technical issue that arise with any tools or systems, and use customer support to resolve them.
- You will create process and documentation for company's disposition
- You will help market and list properties on email and MLS
- You will consistently call and speak to buyers and Agents to gather information
- You will coordinate with title company on the phone and emails to drive a property to closing table
- You will keep all files and documents organized to be accessible
- Must work as a cold caller yourself for 90 days minimum

Skills needed for this project:
- Must have previous experience as Team Leader for cold callers.
- Must have Fluent in speaking American English, and be confident in handling calls
- Must have experience Hiring, Firing, and Interviewing candidates in english
- Must have experience handling Title work, or working with title companies, on call.
- Mush have experience using MLS and posting Properties on there (Not required, but preferred)
- Must be organized, and bring a level of structure to the company
- Experience working with Real Estate Company (preferred but not required)
- Energetic, friendly and a good listener.
- Must be fluent in English, Must work in the US time zone (EST).

Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
