Amazon VA - Social Media Manager - Influencer Marketing

MISSION - We are looking for

Someone that loves to negotiate deals with Influencers and grows our social accounts by posting, engaging and implementing growth hacking strategies

*NOTE: This role is 100% work from home. Work hours are Philippines daytime hours.

TASKS - In this role, you will

- Reach out and negotiate with (Micro) Influencers on a daily basis
- Schedule Posts & Engage daily on our Instagram, TikTok and other Social Accounts for our different brands
- Ask and Guide influencers to shoot & send us the best content that we can use not only on our Socials, but also Webshop and Amazon.
- Organize all the Influencer Content we receive in a structured way in Dropbox
- Create engaging Reels, Story and Feed Posts from the (Influencer) Content we gather
- Implement Growth Hacking Strategies which grows Social Following & Engagement to increase Webshop (Shopify) Sales
- Report to our Marketing Manager and communicate with our Design, and Marketing team

COMPETENCIES - You

- Love the power of Social Media
- Have a great understanding of Algorithms on Social Media Platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Understand what type of content works best for specific customer avatars
- Like Human Psychology but at the same time you make decisions based on data
- Know how to Catch + Hold someone’s attention
- Are willing to work in the weekends and more then 40 hours per week if needed
