We are looking for a creative and emphatic VA with a good work ethic, can work under pressure and a go-getter attitude in keeping tasks done.
What You Bring to The Party:
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of working with
? Fluent English writing, speaking and comprehension.
? Candidates with prior experience in E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and Shopify are preferred.
? Knowledge of online tools such as Google Voice, Slack, Customer Service Omnichannels.
? Phone soft skills such as active listening, empathy and problem solving.
? Fast, reliable internet connection of at least 5 mbps. Personal computer or laptop that can handle numerous tools at the same time.
? Decent headset with noise-canceling features and good microphone that provides no audible background distractions.
