Mortgage Loan Processor

We are looking for a reliable and highly-experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to conduct assessments of business and individual loans.
The successful applicant will be in charge of organizing and helping qualified applicants with the necessary requirements and documentation to obtain loans in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reviewing mortgage applications, finalizing loan contracts and keeping the clients informed about the rules and regulations. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full time vacancy and will require 40 hrs per week, thus you must not have another job. The successful applicant will need to work from 8am Arizona time - 5pm Arizona time while getting a break for a meal from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Arizona time. Our goal is to develop a long term working relationship with the right person.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
2-3 years experience as a loan processor or same role
Knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
Outstanding sales and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and time management skills
Good multi-tasking abilities

Responsibilities:
Perform evaluation and conduct interviews to assess client eligibility for loans
Help client choose the most appropriate mortgage
Gather and prepare all important data from clients
Verify information, references and correcting mistakes in applications
Submit completed loan files for appraisal
Act as a liaison between loan officers, underwriters and clients
Conduct a final review of the file before closing with detailed documentation of the process in the system
