Accounting Assistant

We are looking for our accountant assistant to join our remote ---------- our international team
Your main tasks will be :

Verification of shipping invoice
Customer Invoice Verification
Supplier invoice verification
Matching between delivery note and invoice
Matching between shipment and transport invoice
Data entry

You must be comfortable with computers and able to work in a team, good English is mandatory.
Having your own computer and an internet connection is also essential.
Qualifications:
Proficient at website navigation
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets
Efficient and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus
Tremendous attention to detail
Ability to concentrate and multi-task
Ability to own and manage your work in order to maintain deadlines
Must be reliable and on time
Must be willing and ready to learn
