The Customer Quotation Specialist is responsible for processing, tracking and communicating quoting opportunities for any new or existing customers. This position is accountable for providing quotations to customers and Sales Reps by utilizing sales and accurate, reasonable knowledge of our product / furniture

Processing requests for pricing and product questions via email, phone and live chat. This candidate must have experience in working with customers, understanding their requirements, expectations, products, pricing, projects, and product availability.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to process large volume of requests and inquiries in a timely manner.

Strong organizational ---------- dependent thinker able to process information and work independently to resolve issues, as well as work in a group environment.

Provide price quotes using price books, as well as communicating with multiple suppliers on pricing and ---------- sign background desired, with the ability to interpret drawings, and understand building materials and processes needed for the fabrication of contract furniture.

Working knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as strong general computer and phone skills.
