JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

Making sure that the Account Manager (AM) is informed at all times regarding any changes, needs or issues pertaining to clients’ accounts and relaying that information to the appropriate teams responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Collaborating with the team members, report all issues and progress to the AM to ensure success of clients’ accounts
Promptly respond to the AM for each assigned task, ensure understanding of all what is being asked and set a lead time to deliver expected outputs
Check client’s account daily for any new tickets, these must be attended within 48 hours or assign to appropriate team member and monitor till completion
Review all assigned accounts daily, compare daily standings with account goals and communicate with AM any unusual metrics, research and verify that there are no underlying issues
Communicate with the team and the AM at least a day prior a schedules client meeting regarding all known updates, issues and all necessary information which are deemed necessary to discuss with the client
Check back often and make adjustments as the new metrics become available (e.g. inventory amounts, clients expectations, etc.)
Attend and participate training sessions that will help develop your expertise in this area
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

With previous AMAZON or e-commerce experience/training is an advantage
Ability to manage a team and lead a project to success
Strong business acumen
Above average in written and spoken English language
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Self-starter, able to work independently
