JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! We are looking for a rockstar customer success manager who has experience working with tax professionals. A big part of this role will be managing the flow of client information to and from the team.

First, a little about the business.... Corrine Woodard is a certified public accounting genius who’s on a mission to change the way people feel about taxes. She’s worked closely with her father to provide in person financial services for many ---------- w it’s her dream to further expand the virtual portion of their ---------- t only do they offer bookkeeping services, but they also serve as Fractional CFOs in multiple companies and offer a Tax Academy for Bookkeepers.

Together they provide outstanding service to clients with dedication and commitment to excellence. She would love to find a dedicated right hand assistant to join her on her business journey.

Next up....what are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented professional who can work part-time, with the possibility of going full time during tax season. We need someone who is highly organized and hard-working who can assist us in managing client needs and processes day to day.

Required Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Accountability and personal organization are essential
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Knowledge of customer success processes
Experience in document creation and editing
Patient and active listener
Passion for service
Experience working in a remote office setting
Skills that are not required, but would be nice:
Experience with Lacerte Tax and TaxDome
Experience with Microsoft office products
Experience in the accounting or tax prep field

Responsibilities:

We need a self-starter, goal-driven, detail oriented and a person who understands and loves numbers. Someone who is able to take charge, manage the client process, and complete the following tasks with minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager
Assist team with daily client workflow and monitor the status of each client engagement
Follow-up with tea ---------- mbers and clients on overdue tasks and escalate to management as needed
Assist clients with setting up and navigating Tax Dome as needed (Training provided)
Promote the value of the services we provide
Upsell services and products with the brand image as needed
Provide a seamless customer experience
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Answer or appropriately forward phone calls, voicemails, text messages and faxes timely and follow-up with tea ---------- mbers to ensure clients receive responses timely
Monitor and respond to general email inboxes and TaxDome messages
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
