Paradise has an excellent career opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Director position with at least one (1) year experience working in a multinational corporations or international companies.
Job Brief:
We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and effective Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing department.
The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plan.
Our ideal Sales and Marketing Director candidate must have an experience working in a multinational corporations or international companies, can work effectively in a collaborative team-based company.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading our team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of our company to achieve the desired revenue
• Plan, organize and direct market research and formulate and implement the company’s marketing and sales policies
• Build initiatives for establishing our service and company identity
• Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions
• Develop marketing plans, such as promotional events and work closely with our digital marketer to monitor the status of the ad campaign
• Create and maintain sales and marketing budgets
• Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends
• Offer expert advice for advertising campaigns and public relation activities
• Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team
• Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress
• Identify new marketing opportunities
• Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry
• Maximize value from referral networks and business connections
• Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing personnel
• Coordinate with the business development team and sales representative
• Attend webinars or assign someone to attend seminars, conferences or any events related to construction industry to track industry trends and expand our network
• Develop, maintain, and expand business relationships with prospective customers
Skills and Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, sales or marketing
*At least 1 year experience working in a multinational corporations or international companies
*Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position
*Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
*Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
*Analytical and problem-solving skills. You must have these skills to perform important tasks like analyzing market trends and opportunities, responding to competitors' strategies, prioritizing resource allocation and resolving internal conflicts
*Leadership and team management skills to establish positive relationships with the team and complete their work efficiently
*Sales and business development skills
*Computer skills
*Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven
*Proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
*Candidates who possess previous experience in the construction industry will be given preference
Compensation:
Base salary + commission (to be discussed)
Work Schedule:
*Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (12:00 to 12:30 p.m. break time) – New York Time; Work from Home setup
