ABOUT THIS POSITION
As our integrative and functional medicine practice expands, we are searching for the ideal KEAP Automation Expert tea ---------- mber as a key support position on the team. The ideal applicant for this position will already have the expert-level experience and support abilities in Keap (formerly known as Infusionsoft) that are required to be our "go-to" specialist for Keap issues. You will become a key component of a driven and dedicated team committed to providing health solutions.

We offer great benefits for the right fit - Performance Reviews, HMO, PTO, Internet Allowance, Generators, etc. We work with a Keap Certified Partner for our campaign development, and you will be able to attend those meetings and get weekly training and career development.

MUST know and be EXCELLENT with the Client Relationship Management tool: KEAP.

Compensation
PHP 58,000 - 70,000 per month for Full-Time hours- based on experience

You know KEAP inside & out - expert-level experience with this CRM.
You're proficient in Gdrive, Gsuite, and ClickUp.
You like managing projects in Clickup Project Management software.
You value attention to detail, efficiency, and resourcefulness.
You're a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is compelled to "tick things off the list" and complete tasks ahead of schedule.
You like routine and knowing what to expect each week, reliable and dependable to get consistent tasks done each week plus manage tasks associated with various projects at the same time.
You excel at getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time.
You're a tech-savvy individual who is always eager to learn about and master new digital technologies and tools.
You're resourceful and don't need a lot of hand-holding.
You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech automation to create efficiency.
You love working within a competent and professional team.
You have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
You have a knack for managing multiple priorities, schedules, and ---------- lf-discipline isn’t something you struggle ---------- mitment and integrity are values important to you.
You like being in control of your own workflow and making decisions without having to seek permission all of the time, yet you aren't afraid to ask questions when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

TECH
KEAP Admin Support
CRM Management: cleaning up, auditing and making sure database management is timely, accurate and current, cloning pages, building email sequences/automations, etc.
Submitting tickets to KEAP to resolve issues in the system.
Fix Technology and backend glitches and issues.
Building email sequences framework and integrating any automation, as needed.
Testing emails, campaigns, automation, and integrations.
Applying Branding Guidelines to all Keap campaigns, automation, and emails.
Cloning and editing KEAP pages.
Creating Campaigns in KEAP for existing assets.
Creating KEAP Helpdesk.
Creating KEAP Products - Checkout link, Thank You Page, etc.
Optimize links and pages.
Embed tracking codes - Facebook pixels, tracking tags, tracking codes.
Managing the implementation of additional tools with Keap.

TEAM
Work together with the team to resolve any Keap-related issues.
Guide team to relevant training/SOPs.
KPIs and metrics for reporting.
Participating in weekly tea ---------- etings.
Participating in quarterly virtual team hangouts.
Teach/interpret Keap information with non-experts in a clear, concise way.
