In this role, you will work closely with the executive director and the rest of the admin team. You are goal and results driven. You should be available to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
You will be responsible for:
Optimizing the executive director’s time and priorities to reach the organization’s goals
Own and manage complex calendars and scheduling
Drive internal and external communications and correspondence (inbox management)
Own and manage reports, research, and/or presentations
Builds relationships with executive director’s school partners, networks, and team
Own, lead and facilitate special projects using Asana
Supports executive director on business development deliverables
Supports executive director on marketing initiatives
Supports the rest of the admin team in making sure that tasks and projects are completed on time
Skills:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive attitude--not waiting for orders but actively problem-solving
Ability to project manage team in Asana (you can teach yourself Asana in the first two weeks of work)
Experience in working in a fast-paced start-up environment
Flexible and able to teach yourself quickly
Excellent time management
Strong analytical skills
Critical thinking
Communication skills include, but not limited to, creative writing, internal and external communications, etc.
Expertise in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
