Tech Support

Qualifications needed:

*Can work from 9pm to 6am with 1 hour unpaid lunch. M-F. Fixed Sat Sun off.
*EXPECTED to create task template for every task assignment and upload it in CRM task template library.
*EXPECTED to create and complete technical notes, recommendations and upload photos of every task completed assignments.
*EXPECTED to create drawings, revised if needed and be able to deliver them on or before the deadline given.
*EXPECTED to assist/walk through all tech dispatch over the phone with the instructions on how to install/repair and service gates.
*EXPECTED to do researches on accessories, manuals, operators, and any materials that will be use for installation/ repairs and gate services.
*Can do research work for materials and equipment needed for tech for the job offshore.
*Can build technical cheat sheet/ materials from YouTube instructions.
*Strong communication skills
*HIGHLY EXPECTED TO HAVE AN EXTENSIVE AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE OR IS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/ HAS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND
*CAN WORK UNDER FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
* Pay range: 35,000-47,000php based on experience
*Pay is through Paypal.
*Weekly pay (every Monday)
*Can start ASAP.
