We are an E-commerce business and currently in full swing for expansion/growth to achieve greater heights in the industry, our team is currently composed of 10 members. We are in search of our next rockstar Customer Service Assistant to help us properly address after-sales inquiries mainly in Scandinavian markets. Below are a some of the tasks you will manage but not limited to;

Daily checking of client’s messages/inquiries/disputes in different online stores
Coordinating with different suppliers regarding defective units
Requesting and coordinating product replacements and making sure to adhere to provide constant updates with the customer concern
Coordinate with customers in getting their complete details such as a complete address, contact number, and any other related information to make sure product replacement will reach our customer’s location
Familiarity with G-Suite, Telegram, Skype to name a few would be a great plus

Experience required

Minimum 2+ years of experience as Customer Service Asst. assistant
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
A high attention to detail due to the volume of informations across platforms
The ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively
Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Confidence
Excellent Organisation skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Familiarity in Trello and ----------
