EMBW is an innovative Heath, Fitness and Wellness brand and consulting firm in Hawaii. We help companies, communities and individuals improve their health and wellbeing. Our partner OlaNani Acuoasis is the premier Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine Clinic in Hawaii. We also partner closely with the UFC Gym Kailua, the premier fitness facility on Oahu. Job Details?

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with marketing and sales experience to help our Mike Hegazy, with communication with customers, administrative tasks, digital marketing and scheduling.

For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is looking to learn valuable skills about customer relations/ management, digital marketing and helping a small business grow and succeed. Attention to detail, communication and organization are incredibly important. A passion for helping and engaging with people is a big plus.

We are a stable employer and will provide all training. Experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential. Continued learning and loyalty will open opportunities for you to advance in responsibility and compensation. Quarterly bonuses will be awarded when revenue targets are reached.

Time requirement

We are flexible on time and can work around your schedule. We do need 4 to 5 weekdays, plus Saturdays.
Start time weekdays: 3am to 7am?Start time Saturday: 3a to 6am

Ideal Schedule:
7am - 3p OR 3am - 10am Philippine Time (1 hour lunch) Monday - Friday USA Time
6am- 10am Philippine Time Saturday USA Time

Responsibilities

Send and reply to emails from leads and clients and partners
Work closely with Marketing Manager to execute marketing plan
Schedule showings, appointments, inspections for home sales
Data Entry / Database Management
Research for new prospects and current clients updates
Look at new homes in the Hawaii market and send them to clients daily.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Take on other database and logistics related projects as they come up
Organizing and manipulating datasets in MS Excel or Google Sheets using functions
Use Compass, Cinc and Boomtown CRM to follow up with Leads and clients
Nurture lead to help funnel them to active clients
Manage Social Media pages. Create/ edit content.
Handle various incoming customer-related inquiries via email, Social media channels
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
Manage daily administrative tasks
Be flexible and willing to take on projects as they come up
Proofing, editing emails, and copy

Requirements for consideration?

Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Basic computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs)
2+ Years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience is ---------- clude an animal that best represents you in the subject line (required)
