Web Designer (Wordpress) and SEO Specialist

I have taken an existing website I use for my business that I created using 'Sandvox' karelia/products/sandvox/ and have created a website with similar content using Wordpress and the "Divi" Theme from Elegant Themes ( http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/ )

1.....I need an experienced WordPress Designer, hopefully familiar with the Divi theme builder to assist in the development of the new Website making it look very professional.

2. I require that this new website "template" to be able to be replicated. I need an easy form setup for new members in my business to be able to input their information (Name, Address, Phone, Profile Picture and importantly their unique business ID number) so when submitted the web form data the Template website will 'parse' the new member's data and create the new replicated website for the new member.

Eg...... The website template may exist in the /public_html directory. When a new member creates their own unique replicated website, their website will be ariixasia/5555555 (5555555 being the new member's unique business ID) The new member can easily then promote their own unique website details in marketing and advertising.

3........Require someone who is very skilled and experienced in SEO and social media marketing, especially facebook targeted advertising.
