Web Product (Website) Specialist: Sustainable Maintenance, Analysis, Updates, Optimization.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible Product Specialist with energy and enthusiasm who is interested in an opportunity to work for a fast-growing online travel company based in Morristown, NJ USA. They will perform a variety of important marketing, product development and sales tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Asana Project Management. Experience with the following systems is a plus: Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot, ---------- , UsabilityHub, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Analysis: Conduct Competitive Analysis
• Analysis: Collect Website User Feedback and Test new web site features
• Content: Optimize Search and Knowledgebase Content
• Content: Audit, collect and Update content across 3 websites using Drupal and Shopify
• Private Labels: Set up private label web sites
• Promotions: Manage and Optimize Promotion Inventory with Suppliers and Consortium.
• Promotions: Add Promotions to website
• Referral: Manage Referral Program

Requirements:
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Familiarity with current technologies. Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience with Asana Project Management, Drupal, Shopify, HubSpot, ---------- , UsabilityHub.
• BS/MS degree in technology, marketing, or a related field a plus
• Graphic Design Experience (i.e., Photoshop) is a plus
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels a plus
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments a plus
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• SEO: Writing for SEO
