Job Description:
We are searching for someone whose primary interests revolve around marketing and advertising. You will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, informing current affiliates about upcoming offers, and delivering affiliate marketing reports to clients. You will collaborate with the accountant to make sure that commissions and invoices are paid promptly and accurately.
Skills and Requirements:
— Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or any related field
— Preferably with at least one (1) year or more experience in the same field
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of
Platforms such as iContact, Keap, Maropost, Sendlane, GetResponse, and Hypermail
— Knowledge and willingness to learn the usage of Affiliate Marketing Software such as
Clickbank, HasOffers, Everflow, Cake, Highrise, and Impact
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, straightforward terms
— Organization and Critical Thinking Skills
— Accuracy and attention to detail
— Ability to create comprehensible but detailed reports
— Effective
— Effective communication skills and creative English writing skills with attention to
grammar
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

— Looking for and contacting potential new affiliates to see if they are interested in
promoting us, and monitoring those affiliates who have already promoted us
— Recruiting new affiliates to the program, screening applications, and managing
the onboarding process
— Managing all affiliates' contact information and making sure that they are up to
date
— Reaching out to affiliates on a monthly or every three months if they have any
offers or are interested in promoting us
— Preparing the necessary Offer Sheets,
monthly offers
— Managing monthly affiliate newsletter and monthly
— Working with other tea
— Looking for new hot offers to promote and checking what other people are
promoting
— Finding winning
— Building and maintaining customer relationships to understand their needs and
business priorities and providing excellent customer service to maintain existing
affiliates and acquire new affiliates

We have employed several virtual assistants for more than ten years, and the primary virtual assistant has been with me for over ten years. Currently, our company has more than 60 full-time virtual assistants.
We're looking for someone who is self-driven, resourceful, a problem-solver, and capable of staying flexible and adaptable. You must be able to finish projects on time and with minimal supervision.
You must be open and comfortable working a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7, and you must be open to rotational shift work.
