Adwords API Developer Is Needed !

For an interesting project, we're looking for an Adwords API Expert.

The job includes to find specific placements/URLs, filter them and move them to specific ad groups (which the API will have to create based on specific rules), connect specific banners to those ad groups.

Also, create and setup (targeting / budget, etc..) new campaigns for the created ad groups.

Job will have to be done via PHP + MYSQL
