CUSTOMER SUPPORT . SOCIAL MEDIA MANGER

Work Days: Monday - Friday)
Work Hours: (Ex: 10am to 6pm EST)
Pay : $500 USD a month

A Social Media Manager is in charge of the company’s interactions with the public through social media platforms using a unified voice. They devise and implement content strategies and collect engagement data. Social Media Managers also identify trends among customer interactions to help plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty.

MUST HAVE GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS

Manage social media posts and responses
Answer online chat messages from customers
Schedule customer appointments from social media leads.
Must be able to research current event content
Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
Conduct online research market research.
Assist with live social media events - moderation
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

Skills required
Copy writing
Must have organizational skills
Must be open to learning our companies softwares
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
Skilled in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have High-speed internet connection
Must have a desktop or laptop (Cell Phones & Tablets will not work for job role)
Must have a stable VPN network to access USA websites
