Work from anywhere
This is a 100% remote position, with no commute - so you’ll get to work from anywhere during EST business hours. A career at Digital Cloud Training allows you to cultivate a rewarding work-life ---------- this role, you’ll get to:

Create the product roadmap and strategy in consultation with the CEO
Document, maintain, and execute the content strategy to meet business objectives
Content scope to include video courses, practice tests, articles, eBooks, hands-on labs (sandboxes), and live training
Lead the procurement of content from 3rd party companies
Create strategic relationships with external content providers
Information gathering, research and analysis of the behavior and requirements of the customer personas targeted by the company with a view to aligning content to customer needs and business objectives
Create content specifications and find and recruit content creators to deliver the content
Work closely with authors and content creators to ensure the quality of production
Monitor content to ensure its accuracy and keep it updated with technology and vendor certification program updates
Manage relationships with 3rd party content providers
Manage relationships with hosting providers (e.g. Udemy, LinkedIn, Amazon)
Discover opportunities for publishing/providing content on 3rd party websites, newsletters, podcasts etc.

We are looking for a growth seeker who has experience and skills in:

Knowledge of IT and Cloud computing certification programs in areas such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, ISC2, and programming and DevOps
Understanding of the course creation process from creating the outline through to production
Procurement/acquisitions and contract negotiation experience
SEO research software and other tools that aid the content planning and publication process
Experience with strategic planning, documentation, and execution

You’ll collaborate with:

CEO/CMO for consultation on business strategy and reporting on the ROI of the content strategy
3rd party individuals and companies such as content providers, content hosting providers, affiliate partners, bloggers, podcasters etc.
Content manager, marketing, and authors/content creators/trainers to implement the strategy
