JOB OVERVIEW

There are 3 things you need to be able to do competently as the SEO and Marketing Data Analyst:
1. Analyze and Test Results - Conduct multivariate experiments and A/B testing on landing pages and ad campaigns. Track SEO performance, measure ROI and KPIs for all marketing Upgrade to see actual infoe the analysis to optimize and improve performance over time and generate verifiable data to prove the effectiveness of campaigns to clients.

2. Coordinate with the Marketing Team - Work with writers and marketing staff as they coordinate with the design and development teams to complete all components of a project, from concept to design, creation, and implementation.

3. Communicate Progress - Create performance reports to share with clients regularly to demonstrate progress.

We are a 16 person web design, development, and digital marketing agency located in the USA with 6 employees in the Philippines. Our agency is seeking an experienced and highly effective SEO and Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The right candidate will have a tolerance of humor, a strong work ethic, and a proven background of improving ROI on web properties.

We are seeking applicants with deep knowledge of data analysis, SEO, and A/B testing who understand how to test multiple landing pages until success is achieved and to make sure marketing efforts have a high success rate.


--Necessary Skills
* Computer Science or related degree
* 2+ years of experience
* In-depth knowledge of data analytics
* Core competencies with current SEO strategy and implementation
* Working knowledge of PPC platforms:
----* Google Ads
----* LinkedIn Ads

* Expert level skills with:
----* Google Tag Manager
----* Google Analytics
----* Google Data Studio
----* Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, or other SEO tools
* Proven track record with:

* Optimize landing pages and conduct multivariate experiments and A/B testing on landing pages and ad campaigns
* Track SEO performance, measure ROI and KPIs for all marketing efforts
* Use the analysis to improve performance over time and generate verifiable data to prove the effectiveness of campaigns to clients over time
* Consult with implementation team to arrive at layouts that deliver better results
* Investigate benchmarks for each aspect of marketing services and design the path to performance improvement
* Identify strategies for short-term and long-term improvements based on data analytics and computer modeling
* Discover trends and insights for each client industry to gain marketing supremacy
* Use data analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and user journey across multiple platforms and customer touch points
* Identify schema opportunities and manage Google Tag Manager implementation
