We help people get the most out of their backyards. We’re a sauna, cold tub, and fire pit retailer in the US. We want there to be more saunas in the US.

We need you to handle customer service, order processing, shipping, etc. - essentially, the day-to-day operations of the company. We want you to play a huge role in things moving forward.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing orders
- Communicating with customers & suppliers on the phone, email & chat
- Solving problems with orders

You'll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.

Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Order status changes/delays
- Customer post-purchase follow up
- Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
- Backorders
    - Call & email the customer to notify
    - If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
- Damaged items

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $600-800/month, for this full-time role. Based on your success at work, we will raise your salary every 3 to 6-months accordingly. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Honest
- Reliable
- Fluent in English, near native speaker
- Type 50 WPM

Preferred:
- Shopify experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED - Internet: Fast, stable connection
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM US Eastern time.
