1. Call back incoming leads within 8-20 minutes. Must work at the same time that we are open. New York City (Eastern Time Zone (UTC-05:00). Set appointments. Manage schedule for the clinic. (**must be able to call each lead up to 8 times until we reach them, or they ask us not to call back!)
