Land List Scrubber

At Property Offer Pro, we buy and sell land throughout the United States. This position would primarily involve going through our curated lists of leads and conducting due diligence on the front end by removing properties/owners who do not fit our "buy box." Using Mapright, Google Earth with Parlay 2.0, and REGrid, you will be looking for flood zones, wetlands, slope, road access, sales history, etc.

You will work with our Operations Manager (also a VA) and will be trained accordingly on what to look for.

You will be expected to provide a daily report at the end of every shift noting any issues/problems, and a count of how many records were evaluated that day. We also require a Timeproof screenshot of your hours.

Responsibilities:
• Look for road access, flood zones, wetlands, topography, back taxes, and sales history-- don’t worry, we will train you!

On average, your services will be required quarterly. Each time, this process could take up to a month-- but usually less.

You MUST be competent in Excel/Google Sheets. You will be required to format lists for different purposes. Based on performance, you may be asked to complete additional projects, like creating our main comping resource in Google My Maps.

Time zone: I am in USA eastern standard time. You can work whatever time of day you want. While working on a scrubbing project, we ask that you put in at least 30 hours per week, just so we're not waiting too long for the project to be completed.

WHO

+ You MUST be able to take direction and run with it. With that said, you always have our list scrubbing SOPs, how-to-video, our Operations Manager, and myself as resources.

+ You MUST be reliable. If you start a project, I need to know you're going to finish it.

+ You MUST have attention to detail. We need to be targeting the right properties. If you are under- or over-scrubbing a list, it can ruin the entire campaign. WHAT

+ I am looking for someone to scrub our lists of land owners for marketing efforts. These lists will contain thousands of names.

+ I'm predicting big things for our company in 2023. This comes with great opportunity, and also some growing pains. The ideal applicant is excited about working towards challenging goals, has a tech-start-up mentality, and would consider a position with our company once we can afford to bring you on full-time. This is likely a trial position, and if all goes well, we would prefer to bring you on in a permanent capacity once we can afford it.

WHERE

+ Work from your computer. Must be available at times to discuss how things are going with the lists.

WHY, HOW, AND THE REST

+ Pay is $3/hour + $40 when a list-scrubbing project is completed.

+ 30+ hours per week while working on a scrubbing project.

+ Preference given to those with real estate--especially land--experience, and knowledge of Excel, Mapright, Google Earth with Parlay 2.0, Google Drive, REGrid, and county GIS systems. If you can provide references, your application will be viewed more favorably. You must be teachable and interested in this field. You will be trained on the most cutting-edge database technology in the space.

+ Potential follow-on projects if you happen to be adept at video editing, web design, and/or Salesforce.
