JOB DESCRIPTION
The Revenue Operations Associate will partner with Dispenza’s Sales and Service teams to drive efficiency across the front office. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to ensure our business processes and CRM data integrity are streamlined and accurate, devise and implement ongoing process improvements This team is evolving and open to new ideas, so your recommendations are welcome and have a high likelihood of becoming reality that influences the way the team scales and bonus’/promotions for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reports directly to the CRO / COO
* Create infrastructure and processes in Hubspot and across the GTM team to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven sales and service machine
* Architect data flow across the GTM tech stack, partnering with functional leaders to ensure teams can easily access and ingest live tracking around their goals and performance
* Provide technical support for Revenue Operations, Service and Analyst teams
* Understand and refine current best practices
* Manage CRM data integrity running constant de-duplication efforts
* Investigate root causes for issues/anomalies and provide solutions
* Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new operational opportunities
* Take on special projects under the Revenue Operations umbrella as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 1-2 Years Hubspot Experience (Hubspot Certified Preferred)
* 4+ years experience related to business operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar commercial functions.
* Ability to work through large purchased prospect list data sets and upload to CRM
* Must be detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and communicate with teams on multiple projects
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of larger interdisciplinary teams
* Highly analytical
* Strong written communication skills
* Not afraid to wear multiple hats
* Strong project management, analytical, and collaborative skills

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience with ---------- and/or Similar Sales Acceleration Platforms
* Experience with ClickUp / Clickup App Integrations
* Experience with Slack / Slack App Integrations
* Experience with Stripe Integrations
* Experience with Zoom Integrations
