Travel Agent Assistant

We are looking for someone who can be an assistant to our travel sales team. This person would receive a lead from our sales team and then need to research travel locations and be responsible communicating with the customer via email and phone to finalize and then book the client's travel itinerary.

This individual would work approximately from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PH time. Most of our clients will prefer to take calls in their evening time so a morning shift works great for us. Some weekend work would be required during busy season.

We are hoping to train a long term employee who can become an expert at booking travel and become a key member of our travel team.

Required Skills:
- English Mastery is #1 skill needed. Must be able to write emails well and must be able to call customers on the phone.
- Detail oriented - We need this person to be able to catch mistakes and ensure itinerary is perfect for the client and booked.
- Will work directly with the USA tea ---------- mbers and on occasion will assist with working with our sister company in Costa Rica.
