VA & Social Media Management

I run a small solo skin and aesthetic clinic. I am a medical doctor.

I’ve a social media presence mainly on Instagram and to a smaller extent on Facebook.

As my clientele is mostly female I need a female VA to do a lot of the day to day admin work- followup with patients following treatments, answer questions and emails and plan appointments etc and to take initiative in helping with video editing for socials etc (I’m new at this so your help would be appreciated) : mainly on Instagram and Facebook but I’m hoping to also move to YouTube for long videos and have someone who can edit these to shorter Reels type videos for Instagram so I can do one video per week and you can help me repurpose them for multiple sites and formats.

For running the clinic, I use the following apps and software:
Canva Pro
Google Suite
Cliniko (for patient management)
Medipass for links to payment
Wordpress for my website (if you have ability to edit weekly blog posts and help with the website that would be great too)
Mailchimp for weekly newsletters

Australia has strict privacy laws so I’d need a VA who is aware of this and willing to work with me to maintain confidentiality.

For the right person this could turn into longer term position who can help me run a lot of the day to day admin, video editing/ social media management and other work.
