Amazon Specialist

The company is now looking for an Amazon Specialist who will play a key role in the continuous growth and expansion of our brand. The Amazon General VA will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing various tasks that include:

Core Responsibilities
- Provide customer support
- Create and update listings
- Manage account health
- Assist the management in diagnosing causes of issues and taking immediate actions to rectify issues
- Assist the management in overseeing inventory
- Other administrative tasks related to Amazon

Core Qualifications:
- Friendly and genuinely enjoy helping customers
- Excellent English communication skills both in the spoken and written language
- At least 3 years of proven track record in successfully managing an Amazon brand
- Background in customer service (BPO/Amazon)
- Experience with Amazon flat-files
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to collaborate with remote teams seamlessly and work in North America time zone
- Possesses interpersonal skills; team-working attitude; takes initiatives; and have excellent analytical skills

Work hours:
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Remote/ Work from home at Canada daytime shift (EST)
