Senior Recruiting / Outreach Associate ($7 an hour w bonuses)

About Leopard.FYI: we help women in tech (starting with engineers) make informed decisions about tech companies by helping them get transparent info on compensation, gender ratios, other women's experiences and more. In this role, you'll help our account management team find candidates that will be really excited about roles with employers in our network. You'll be doing a mix of finding candidates that fit the search criteria, finding the leads (emails, points of contacts, etc) and running outreach campaigns to those candidates and scheduling follow ups on your own Linkedin account.

You'll also be collaborating with the marketplace team (client team, candidate experience, etc) to stay on top of high priority searches. You'll be supported in your training and ongoing work from the Company research team lead, Leopard's head of Operations Carolina & Leopard's founders Jordan Leonard & Lexi Lewtan to help with training and making sure you're set up for success!

The role requires partial overlap with US PST or EST hours, so the morning shift or night shift works ok. For this role you do not need phone skills, but your writing should be strong as should your attention to detail. You should also be able to identify new potential campaigns & suggest them, test them, and then learn & iterate quickly.
