In this role, you'll support the Leopard marketplace team by generating leads for the client and candidate side (depending on our business needs). Your main tasks will include identifying qualified leads and managing outreach campaigns through your LinkedIn account. You should also be able to identify new potential campaigns & suggest them, test them, and then learn & iterate quickly, and will be rewarded heavily for successful prospecting.
Training and support will be provided by Leopard’s team leads, the head of Operations, Carolina, and our founders, Jordan Leonard and Lexi Lewtan, to set you up for success.The role requires partial overlap with US PST or EST hours, so the morning shift or night shift works ok. For this role you do not need phone skills, but your writing should be strong as should your attention to detail.
