JOB OVERVIEW

Successful real estate office is looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)/Cold Caller/Admin

The Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)/Cold Caller/Admin prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management ---------- lls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.

You should be a great organizer, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal, with good computer skills. The work seldom gets boring and things often shift, so bring a good sense of humor and stay flexible.

We are looking for a fast learner with a quick mind, willing to work hard and smart. You'll work with a fast paced real estate office and an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. This is NOT an entry-level position.

Required Skills
•Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments
•Effective written and verbal communication
•Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts
•Excellent customer service and listening abilities
•Strong relationship building know-how
•Highly-organized and detail-oriented
•Able to meet and exceed goals
•Previous real estate ISA/appointment setting/cold calling experience
•Must be proficient with computers and be able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software

Responsibilities
•Work a scheduled 30 to 40 hour week
•Prospect for new clients calling on
•Expired/FSBOs listings
•Buyers
•Sphere of Influence
•Past Clients / Database
•Just Listed / Just Sold
•Open Houses
•Call past clients for referrals
•Practice call scripts at least 3 hours per week
•Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow up per week
•Manage contact database system.
•Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners.
•Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and fellow agents
