1. Respond to customer queries
2. Call new customers with a welcome call
3. Respond to complaints on Trustpilot and other complaint sites
4. Manage/contest charge backs in line with policy
5. Call customers who are cancelling to rescue
6. Manage queries with affiliate and partner relationships
