JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there!

We're a fast growing e-commerce company. We are looking for someone to help with our customer support for our Shopify stores. We are in the home decor, home improvement, electronics, apparel niches and currently have about ---------- tickets per day.

Task included are:

- Reply customers email in Gmail or Gorgias
- Reply/monitor social media comment/DM
- Refund/cancel customers orders
- Communicate with our suppliers about customers order
- Reply customer inquiry through Livechat
- Answer phone call

What You Need To Have:
- Organised and pay attention to great details
- Stable internet connect
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients/customers
- Experience with using Shopify, Facebook Business Suite, Gmail and Gorgias
- Always keen to learn new stuff
- Able to manage conflicts and expectations of customers
- Good critical thinker
