We are a Christian Church and Ministry Marketing Agency that helps churches in the US with their social media needs.

About the position:

ChurchMarketing.is is seeking an awesome 100% remote / work-from-home Creative and Content Squad Leader who will lead the Creative and Content Pods. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team and efficiently resolve employee issues. As the squad leader, you will work closely with the content planners, graphic designers and video editors to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our clients. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in management or leadership position, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies
Experience working in and managing a local team for a US company is preferred
Professional business skills, such as project management, budgeting, and employee management
Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets)
The pace of work can be fast at times, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up while also remaining organized and paying attention to the small details

Responsibilities:
Supervise the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets
Recruit, vet, and train all new staff in collaboration with the VP, Client Services
Monitoring performance at all levels, resolving employee issues, and scheduling training as required
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest social media marketing techniques
Coach team to resolve client concerns and revision requests by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner
Accountable for team performance, KPIs, and overall success
