Job Overview:
We are looking for a structured, responsible and highly motivated person to take over operations administration duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a high sense of responsibility, ability to meet the deadlines and stay on top of the tasks, and work independently without micromanagement. We will only consider candidates with proven work experience with Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Excel and team supervision in call centers or similar.

Responsibilities:
Fraud and Failed Reports
Set Work Schedules via Hubstaff
Scorecarding
Ticket Supervisor
Create Call Back Reports & send to Supervisors and Follow Up
Supervise Quality Assurance (Rating in Phones, Chat,
Accounts Receivables - Following up with Suppliers when necessary
Supplier - Handle Any Troubleshooting
Daily Sales Reports and dashboards in HubSpot
ZenDesk/HubSpot Monitoring (need to be the Subject Matter Expert)
Attendance Monitoring
Hubstaff Activity Review and Approvals
Manage All System Access + Onboarding
Staff - Acknowledge Birthdays
Track Sales incentives work with bookkeeping to make payouts
Auditing ODY versus HQs for accuracy
NCL Bev Dining Charges
Check Agent Systems to ensure they are meeting requirements
Hubspot - create FCC campaigns
Hubspot Tickets
Itinerary Changes
Requirements:
Previous Hubspot experience (certification is a plus).
Attention to details.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Prior Travel Industry Experience is a plus
Odysseus software knowledge is a plus
Fluent English with minimal accents required
High school degree
Technical Requirements:
